Trevor is involved in many different aspects of business development at Driven Sports Group Inc. He has been around Hockey and Sport for over 30 years. Trevor is also involved in a number of investments and landholding properties.

     Prior to his involvement at Driven, Trevor was working 10 years as the President/Owner of dealerships in the automotive industry. The foundation of Trevor’s business has always been customer satisfaction. Trevor achieved great success in his endeavors, and was a CSI award winner every year that he was operating the business. He is an entrepreneur who has a genuine love of sports, especially hockey.

     Trevor’s family consists of his partner Lynda and 4 wonderful children. His 3 oldest are actively involved in high levels of Hockey, Basketball and Volleyball. Trevor has a degree from Georgian College where took Business Administration automotive marketing and graduated with First Class Honors. He resides in Barrie, which allows Trevor and his family to enjoy their second passion, the great outdoors.

     Andrew is a results-driven Management Executive with multi-faceted manufacturing experience. He possesses strong general management qualifications in strategic planning, manufacturing production scheduling and control, inventory materials management, project development and management, budgeting/finance, human resources and capital improvement. Andrew is particularly skilled in change management in both manufacturing environment and support.

     Andrew initiated the replacement of aging technology while acting as Vice President at Dofasco (ArcelorMittal), #1 BOF shop at Dofasco with a state art EAF and caster in 15 months which resulted in self-reliance in slabs and $100 million annually in cost savings. He initiated strategic assessment of finishing facilities and developed/executed a plan to replace and consolidate equipment, which resulted in improved quality and costs. Andrew allowed Dofasco to retain premier automotive position in the industry. Andrew was able to achieve a cash neutral position despite poor demand and rapid collapse of market pricing, as well as cost control, which reduced potential loss by $ 400 million. Before retiring he was the CEO of ArcelorMittal USA, where he lived in Chicago and all over the US for 8 years. Andrew now sits on several boards guiding and helping these companies reach their maximum potential. Andrew resides in Grimsby, with his wife Jillian; he has three children and 5 grandchildren.



     Tony is the President and owner of WeatherTech Canada, and has been involved in the distribution design and sales development of WeatherTech for over 20 years. In that time WeatherTech has grown into being a leading brand in automotive accessories across North America. Along with the flag ship WeatherTech Tony owns or is involved in several other successful businesses and over his ever-growing resume has established himself as a top business man in the industry.

     The growth of WeatherTech has seen many partnerships formed over the years, including MLSE, Hamilton Tiger Cats, Chicago Black Hawks, NASCAR Canada, IMSA Racing among many others in Sport and other industries.

     Prior to his association with WeatherTech, Tony was a CPGA golf professional for 12 years, and still enjoys a round of golf with friends when time permits. Tony is a huge asset to Driven not only with his business and sport background but his ability to relate to people and get the most out of everyone.

     His greatest accomplishments are his marriage to his wife Judy and helping raise his three children, Heather, Tyler and Kristopher.
