DRIVEN STANDARD
Shaping the Future of Hockey Talent
Driven Standard is rooted in three core values symbolized by three strips of tape on a hockey stick's blade, each representing a fundamental standard.
Integrity – Defined as the quality of being honest and possessing strong moral principles, integrity is at the core of our relationships with players and their families. We prioritize working with individuals who are hardworking, honest, and loyal, appreciating the effort required and striving collaboratively towards collective achievements.
Passion – Passion is essential; it is a strong inclination toward activities that one loves, considers important, and dedicates time and energy towards. Without passion, there is a disconnection from success. At Driven, we believe that passion is intertwined with hard work and success, and is a crucial ingredient in striving for and achieving goals.
Accountability – This value signifies an obligation or readiness to accept responsibility for one’s actions and the consequences thereof. Our role is to provide every opportunity for success to our players and their families, but it remains the responsibility of each athlete to set their standards and maintain accountability in their journey toward achieving their goals.
These values are the essence of Driven Standard, guiding our operations and interactions, ensuring that we partner with families and athletes who share these ideals, driving toward success together with integrity, passion, and accountability.
